On Wings as Eagles

I was praying the other day and a phrase kept coming to me, "When you feel you are at your end, God is never at His...." As I pondered what all that means I began to see things from a different perspective. The first part of the phrase, "When you feel you are at your end." So many times in life we are faced with difficult circumstances that seem to have no answer. They appear insurmountable. Our faith is tested and many times we lose heart. Sometimes these situations even make us question our faith in God. How many times have we asked the question, "God where are you?' Then we try to fix things on our own and usually make things worse they were before. The second part of the phrase, "God is never at His (end)..", gives us hope. When I thought about this part of the phrase, I realized that our problems are not really our biggest problem.. Our biggest problem is our focus. I do not mean our difficulties are not real, they are real, but our answers lie in our focus. When we look to our own strength to solve our difficulties, our strength is limited at best. But when we look unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith things begin....
